Whats wrong with this code ?? (Netbeans C++ in Ubuntu environment)?

I dont not know a whole lot about the languages that you can use Netbeans to write code in. I have only used Netbeans to write code in Java. If my theory is correct, the IDE thinks you are trying to write a Java code when it is in fact a C++ code. I also, could be completely wrong.
