Can you have a court order to stop an abortion?

An abortion is considered a medical procedure that she is electing to have done. So you have as much of a chance of getting a court order to stop her from having an abortion than you do getting a court order to stop her from having a wart removed. I'm not comparing a fetus to a wart, just the fact that you cannot get a court order to stop her from having a medical procedure done, no matter what that procedure is.
