I'm losing control of my life please help me?

First off, gotta stop the cutting, it's only adding to the harm, hunting yourself physically to help relieve emotional pain isn't the way to solve a problem. For your parents, I would try to help them through their problems, if you could tell them you need to sit down and talk because they're hurting you then you can perhaps tell them you are in a bad place and their fighting is only hurting you and them self's...If you think about the problem you never find a solution, but rather think of the solution and one will come. I realize it may not sound appealing to you but if you can find a good church to attend, I'm just saying God can do wonders and puts us in situations for a reason. If you need to let out some steam I'm free to talk ^_^
