Need some suggestions for San Francisco?

I am going to San Francisco next month and would like info on a great seafood restaurant. I am looking for fresh and broiled or steamed seafood not covered in fats and sauces. Also looking for a great sushi spot and a great place for steaks and maybe a Japanese hibachi restaurant. Also looking for a good spa and any must do while in San Francisco. On my last trip I did get to Alcatraz but that was about it.
