Period is almost a week late. am i pregnant?

well basically on the 5th of feb, me and my boyfriend had sex. we used a condom at first, but he ended up taking the condom off and doing it in my butt. he came inside, and while pulling out, it accidentally touched the outside part of my vagina. i was wet and i freaked out right away. i stayed still for at least 10 minutes. he also licked me after he came. after that, we went to take a shower. is it possible that he spread the sperm even more? and how much of a chance is there that i might be pregnant? my last period was on the 9th of january, so my period should come soon, but it's already late.
