What do you think of a diet of fresh fruit, fresh vegetable and chicken with no.....?

Everything should be balanced and you do need fats in your diet you can have diet margarine or Italian dressings mayo these are a good way to get your fats in 100-150 cals and starches can be cereals like special k and corn flakes also potatoes you generally would need 3 starches no more than 200 cals
