How to play from specific save in mass effect 2?

I just finished mass effect 2 but I was a little unhappy with the ending. the reason is a lot of chars died because they were not loyal to me. I was wondering if I can go to my saved game and play the game from pre omega relay travel so I can make get some characters to be loyal.
