What Kind of Rash or Irritation is this?

Okay, the other morning i woke up with what looked like a spider bite, and i did find two little puncture holes..its better now but is still annoying feeling. But after that i started getting these little red small rashes in different places. and they start itching when im in the shower. i only have one rash like spot in one place and the other places were right below my eye and on my forehead and every little place of red had TINYYYY little bright ruby red dots in it. like little specks kind of looks like little broken blood vessels. and there are the same little specks on different parts of my body but not in a rash or they dont itch but there are in the little rash on my leg in the middle of it the rash. What is this?? thank you for the help!
