If you had to choose, Crab or Lobster ?

I think it depends on where you're from. I;m from CA and I love fresh cracked crab when it's in season. The only lobster we can get is frozen and not that flavorful. (Fresh lobster is available in restaurants but it's VERY expensive.) People on the east coast are more used to lobster. If I had lobster I'd want it broiled.
