Internet and youtube problems?

I don't know if its that I downloaded anything that is harming my laptop, but the past few days, my laptop became very slow, only on the internet part. THere's not a problem with my internet connection, but loading youtube and even facebook pictures became so much of a lag. I'm really frustrated with this problem n I need help, please?
