I steam mine typically but if you don't have a steamer you can make one using a large colander like you use for spaghetti noodles to drain. Put a couple cups of water in the pot and the colander over top With a lid on it, instant steamer. Make sure you thaw the tails before cooking I would put them in your fridge the night before. Other than that sometimes I cut the thawed lobster shells right down the middle shell still on and cook it in a hot pan with butter, garlic,good white wine, and salt. Served with veggies or angel hair pasta.
