Just acquired a stripped lower, (by Spikes) does the inner parts have to be only made by Spikes?

There are a lot of manufacturers out there and dont know if their products are compatible with Spikes lowers. Are they all the same? Can I, or i can't put the inner parts into that stripped lower?
